Deborah led the creation of the original narrative and commercial decks defining the collective value of BK Arena, Zaria Court and Amahoro Stadium as Kigali Sports City.
The work translated separate venues into a Kigali sports, entertainment and lifestyle ecosystem, giving sponsors and partners a clearer way to reach fans, patrons and the wider network of stakeholders who move through these spaces.
