Seven heads of state, 1,200+ delegates
As Assistant Creative Director at Creative Communications, Deborah helped write the concept and lead design direction for the inaugural Transform Africa Summit in Kigali, where 1,200+ delegates gathered and seven heads of state adopted the Smart Africa Manifesto.
For the 2015 forum, RDB’s ICT leadership approached her directly. She led the work under her own direction with the Creative Communications team, turning Rwanda’s digital-transition agenda into a TED-style stage narrative connecting broadband, public services, innovation and citizen impact.
Today, Smart Africa’s board unites 42 African heads of state, representing 1.2 billion people, with 50+ partners pursuing one digital market by 2030.
